  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

✅ Return Conditions

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and final clearance products are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase for faster service.
