1. What makes Cocozora towels different?

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping (5-7 business days) on all U.S. orders. If you need your order sooner, we also provide Express Shipping (3-5 days) for a flat fee of $4.99

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

4. How do I start a return?

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, JCB) processed securely via Stripe, as well as PayPal (including Guest Checkout).

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring international shipping options in the future.
